Dear You,

There is a lie we’ve been told that we have gradually come to believe. The lie is that there is something wrong with us that we need to fix. The truth is deeper. There is something wrong with this society that we need to heal from. 

Too many of us exist in spaces where we are forced to sacrifice our spirit for another’s definition of success, to silence our voice for another’s comfort, and to be less than what we truly are because we have internalized another’s mirror. With all the voices coming from outside of us, it is quite a challenge to hear the one voice that matters most. Yours. In all the noise, find your spirit voice and listen to it. Healing is the process by which you provide your spirit or body the channel to do what it naturally tries to do whenever it is hurt or off balance.

There are many ways to heal. Baths have become one powerful tool in my healing arsenal and have helped me not only to find the voice of my spirit but to center it in my daily life. I have seen direct evidence of this impact in my personal growth and success. Bathized was first created as a gift giving hobby to share the power of healing baths with family and friends and today I am sharing Bathized with you. If there is one thing I want to leave you with it is this-- You ain’t the problem. Still, I believe in your extraordinary power to heal from it. Let's journey together.
